1991
Incorporated as Australian Business Telephone Company (ABTC).
1999
Establishment of Acoustic Innovations.
2004
Launch of ABTC in New Zealand.
2008
ABTC acquired by Acoustic Innovations.
2011
Lascom New Zealand acquired ABTC and renamed it to ABTC Group.
2014
ABTC Group began to deliver enterprise communications managed services.
2018
ABTC Group partners with 8x8 for Cloud Unified Communications and Communications.
2019
ABTC Group in partnership with Addcom, develops a Unified Communications analytics platform.
2020
ABTC Group launches the Hardware as a Service program.
2022
ABTC Group rebranded to 8Wave.
