We contacted Tracy from 8Wave as we wanted to move our company onto a VOIP system to increase workplace flexibility. We had tried another company and had a terrible experience with their platform and customer service. Tracy, Shamintha & Priyath have been super efficient at addressing and rectifying any issues we had to work out with 8×8 during set up and any issues since. All of us in the office love the 8×8 product. The phone calls are clear and the system is very intuitive. It can be used on a desktop or mobile which is very handy.
